New: Tagima TJB-5 Jazz Bass

The TJB-5 takes the familiar feel, appearance, and tonal character of a classic J-style bass and expands it into a versatile 5-string platform. Tagima’s current specifications include an Ayous body for the Sunburst model, maple neck, 34” scale, 20-fret fingerboard, and dual Tagima JJ Alnico single-coil pickups.

Classic J-Style Tone

Equipped with two Tagima JJ single-coil pickups, the TJB-5 delivers the punch, articulation, and versatility that make the traditional J-style configuration such a favorite among bass players.

The straightforward passive Volume / Volume / Tone control layout makes it easy to move from a warm, rounded neck-pickup sound to a more articulate bridge-pickup growl—or blend the two for a balanced, full-range tone.
